GENERAL INFORMATION

 1.1) VGNDIS3.SYS v2.00

      The NDIS drivers v2.00 for Windows 95 was written to the
      Network Driver Interface Specification (NDIS) Version 3.00.

 1.2) CPXVG.DOS v2.10

      The NDIS drivers v1.21 for Windows 95 was written to the
      Network Driver Interface Specification (NDIS) Version 2.01.

 1.3) VGNDIS.INF

      This is a Windows 95 setup file for Universal 10/100-VG4 Network Adapter.


INSTALLATION GUIDE
==================

 Microsoft Windows 95
 
    1) Install Universal 10/100-VG4 Network Adapter into the computer and
       start Windows 95.

    2) Double-click the Network icon in the Control Panel.

    3) A "Network" dialog box appears. Click on the ADD button.

    4) A "Select Network Component Type" window appears. Double-click the
       Adapter option to select.

    5) A "Select Network Adapters" windows appears. Click the HAVE DISK button
       to install 10/100-VG4 Windows 95 driver from driver disk.

    6) Insert 10/100-VG4 LAN Adapter Driver Disk into the drive (eg. A:).

    7) In the "Install From Disk" box, enter the following pathname
       of the directory:-
                        A:\WIN95
       and then select the OK button.

    8) In the "Select Network adapters" box,
       "Universal 10/100-VG4/EISA Network Adapter"
       "Universal 10/100-VG4/ISA Network Adapter"
       will be displayed. Select the corresponding network adapter.
       Click the OK button to continue.

    9) The "Network" dialog box appears again. Click the OK button to continue
       the installation.

   10) Windows 95 will copy the driver (VGNDIS.DOS) and the necessary files
       from Windows 95 Diskettes/CD-ROM.

   11) After installation, Windows 95 would ask you to restart the
       computer so that the new hardware can take effect. Click the
       YES button.
