SN2000 Series Ethernet Card Setup/Diagnostic program
     =======================================================

The SETUP.EXE program (Setup/Diagnostic) lets you configure the SN2000
hardware settings, and test the state and cable connection of the card.

To run the program, insert the SN2000 driver program diskette in drive
'A' and do the following:

	> cd \UTILITY --change directory to UTILITY
	> SETUP --run the SETUP.EXE program

	or

	> cd \UTILITY --change directory to UTILITY
	> SETUP /F --run the SETUP.EXE with parameter /F
if the data in your EEPROM has been corrupted
or you cannot configure your card through
			       normal procedure.

	or

	> cd \UTILITY --change directory to UTILITY
	> SETUP /D --run the SN2000 with parameter /D
this parameter lets you setup the SN2000 by
reading SN2000.DAT file. This way, you can
quickly configure your card without going
			       through the menus.
