***********************************************

The ETHER PCI Ethernet Cards driver for Windows 95 is contained
in this diskette as follows:

\WIN95\ETHPCI.SYS : NDIS 3.0 driver for Windows 95
\WIN95\ETHPCI.INF : Setup file for Windows 95
\WIN95\!NETINF.IN_

Installation method
===================

1. Start your Windows 95 PC normally without installing the ETHER-100TX/
   ETHER-PCI/ETHER-PCI-D adapter.

2. Open My Computer -> Control Panel -> Networks. Select Add adapter ->
Have disk. Insert the ETHER PCI Ethernet driver disk into the floppy drive.
Select the currect driver according to your adapter.

3. Windows 95 will copy the driver files from the ETHPCI driver disk.	At
this time, Windows 95 will also copy some files from the Windows 95 CD-ROM.
Prepare your Windows 95 CD-ROM or floppies for this process.

4. After finishing file copy, Windows 95 will ask you to reboot the PC.
   Select 'No'.

5. Open MS-DOS session from the Taskbar. Rename C:\WINDOWS\INF\NETPCI.IN_
to NETPCI.INF. The exact steps are as follows:

   C:\>REN \WINDOWS\INF\NETPCI.IN_ NETPCI.INF <ENTER>
   C:\>EXIT <ENTER>

Please change accordingly if you Windows 95 is not installed in
   C:\WINDOWS.

6. Shutdown Windows 95 from the Taskbar. Turn off your computer and
install the ETHER PCI Ethernet adapter. Make sure that you check the PC
BIOS for proper PCI slot configuration. Some PCI slots require manual
assignment of Interrupt request and will not work otherwise.

7. During Windows 95 bootup, Windows 95 will automatically detect new
ETHER PCI Ethernet hardware adapter. You don't have to do anything
   at this point.

8. After this automated process, Windows 95 should proceed to complete boot
up process and your network adapter should now be working perfectly.

9. If the adapter does not work at this point, check the hardware
resources. Open My Computer -> Control Panel -> System -> Device Manager.
You should see the reason why the adapter is not working.
