RECONFIGURATION GUIDE

Your computer comes with programs pre-installed on your hard drive. In
the event that you need to reinstall these programs, follow these
guidelines to reconfigure your computer to its original factory setup.

Each section of this guide describes how to reinstall or reconfigure
one program or a group of programs. If you need to reinstall all of the
pre-installed programs, start at the beginning and work through the
entire guide. Otherwise, read only the sections that apply to the
programs you need to reinstall.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------
NOTE: After following the instructions in this guide, all of the pre-
installed programs will be on your hard disk and ready to use.
The appearance of the desktop (if you're using Windows 95) or
Program Manager (if you're using Windows for Workgroups) may be
different than when you turned the computer on the first time,
but these changes are cosmetic only and will not effect the
      operation of your programs.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------

WHICH VERSION OF WINDOWS DO YOU USE?

This guide contains two sections, one for Windows 95 and the other for
MS-DOS and Windows for Workgroups. The section you use depends on the
version of Windows you chose when you turned your computer on for the
first time:

[] If you're using Windows 95, see "Reconfiguring a Windows 95 System"
    on page 2.

[] If you're using Windows for Workgroups, see "Reconfiguring a
Windows for Workgroups System" on page 22.
