    and 1024x768 panels.

Revision: 1.0.0
Release Date: January 31, 1996
====================================

Initial Release.

NOTES: - WINDOWS NT DRIVERS

1) In the 800x600 and 1024x768 resolutions, the screen
image is not displayed correctly on a CRT screen when the
screen is panned to the bottom of the display and the user
switches the display from LCD to CRT.

The Windows 3.1 driver uses the Check_Cursor and
Move_Cursor routines to adjust the screen for panning.
Windows NT does not have a routine analogous to
     Check_Cursor.

This limitation exists because Windows NT does not have
     a Check_Cursor routine.

This problem is fixed as soon as the user touches the
     mouse pointer.

2) When any of the selections in the "CURSORS" Applet from
the Control Panel is chosen, the cursor becomes a software
cursor and hence there is no panning. This is a limitation
of the software cursor in Windows NT.
