1. Before upgrading to Win95 please take out the old drivers for S1363/S1366.
There are two drivers in the config.sys file that you need to take out.

        device=c:\quickcmd\cmd640x.sys   and
        device=c:\s136x.sys

Also, there are two driver in your system.ini that you need to take out.

        device=cmd640x.386
        device=cmdint13.386
        32bitdiskaccess=off   <-- turn off the 32 bit disk access

2. Copy S136X95.SYS to your C drive and add device=c:\s136x95.sys in your
   config.sys file. **Make sure your IDE CD-ROM driver is after this drivers 
   not before it. 

3. Reboot the system then upgrade to Win95. If you did every thing correctly,
   you should get the CMD 640X driver controlling your IDE hard driver. Also,
   you should get 1F0-1F7, IRQ 14 for the primary IDE channel and 170-177, 
   IRQ 15 for your secondary channel.
