Legend:
-------
MX	=	firmware with ELSA channel bundling
MP	=	firmware with Multilink PPP channel bundling

V3.00 --> V3.10:
================

User Interface
--------------

- The numeric error codes at "AT\V1" and "AT\V2" have been fixed.

Transfer Protocols
------------------

- Miscelaneous problems with "CTS signal off" during PPP/Multilink PPP
  connections have been fixed (MP).

- The PPP/Multilink PPP negotiation has been modified. (MP)
  (This f.e. fixes problems of the device as a server in combination
   with Windows NT workstations.)

V2.51 --> V3.00:
================

User Interface
--------------

- The transmission of the own MSN to the public exchange is now
  also implemented with simultaneous suppression of the MSN
  shown to the remote side. Therefore, a new command "AT+ICLI=12345/"
  has been defined (12345=originator MSN to be notified to exchange).
  This feature is very useful for separate accounts of private and
  business MSNs without telling the remote side your MSN.

- The command ATH1 now returns OK.

- Within the serial V.24 interface between terminal adapter and PC
  the pin RI (ring indicator) now continously toggles the signal
  (1 second on 4 seconds off). (This will be needed for some games.)

- The retransmit timer for X.75 has been increased to 3 seconds.
  Therefore, the problems with long satellite connections are fixed.

Transfer Protocols
------------------

- The CONNECT problems at V.110 connections to GSM handies has been
  eliminated.

- The Plug & Play detection has been modified for Toshiba laptops.

- An error concerning the establishment of Multilink PPP connection
  on devices with one-channel HSCX chips (only few older devices) has
  been fixed.

V2.50 --> V2.51:
================

-The multiLink ppp (MLPPP) has been stabilized.

-The phonenumber could be now 20 or 36 (DSS1/1TR6) characters.

V2.45 (Beta) --> V2.50:
=======================

-The multiLink ppp (MLPPP) has been stabilized.

V2.40 --> V2.45 (Beta):
=======================

-The command "AT\N10%P1&N1" set now the multink ppp (MLPPP)

Attention: This is a static MLPPP. After the netware connection
           the second B channel will be started automaticly. Then
           DCD/M5 LED changes the color to orange.

V0.30 (Beta) --> V2.40:
=======================

User Interface
--------------

- The command "AT&V" now shows the right profiles.

V2.27 --> V0.30 (Beta):
=======================

User Interface
--------------

- The automatic bitrate detection has been modified again.

- Connections to CompuServe (X.75) has been stabilized.

- The automatic fallback ISDN -> analogue was modified. It now works
  in the Netherlands again.

V2.20 --> V2.27:
================

User Interface
--------------

- The "ATD" command dial string may contain asterisk (*) now (e. g. useful for
  controlling ISDN PBXs).

Transfer Protocols
------------------

- When establishing a V.110 connection the BC/LLC (bearer/low layer
  capability) can be signaled on the D-channel (see register S151 Bit 2 in
  ADDENDUM.DOC, if not yet mentioned in printed manual).

V2.10 --> V2.20:
================

User Interface
--------------

- Wrong bit rate adaption and boot problem on PnP/DTR signal (i.e. when
  starting a Windows 95 computer) fixed (only hardware release K).

- AT command ATI9 now also returns the serial number (only hardware release K).

- Emails within T-Online can now be sent with attachments.

- CompuServe (CIS) can now be accessed via Datex-J with WINCIM 2.0 and 3.0.

- S register 165 was added, which contain the actual CAPI 2.0 error code.

Transfer Protocols
------------------

- Long asynchronous HDLC packets (longer than 2048 bytes) (i.e. with many 7d's
  as user data) can be handled by the device now.

V1.61 --> V2.10:
================

User Interface
--------------

- The ATI3 command now supports multilingual output of dates and settings.

- The contents of register S87 is changed at a later time now, causing the
  DCD LED not to change its color any more in case of an incoming call
  during an existing error-corrected connection on the same S0 bus.

Transfer Protocols
------------------

- An error in the HDLC/PPP connection establishment has been fixed. The
  Windows 95 dial-up network now works with HDLC/PPP (\N10%P1).

- If bit S151.1 is set, an LLC is inserted in V.120 mode. This allows
  V.120 connections to CompuServe.

US Protocols
------------

- In outgoing calls using the D-channel protocol NI-1, now the correct
  type of number is issued (instead of "unknown"). Outgoing calls with
  the NYMEX phone company now work properly.

V1.53/1.57 --> V1.61:
=====================

User Interface
--------------

- The &F command formerly reset the bitrate stored in Register S93 to
  38,400 bps. The current bitrate will now be retained.

- In T-Online operation the Kit-standard support has now been improved to
  nclude EMail sending (as of version 1.57).

- The data transfer rate between the PC and terminal adapter will be
  recognized on entry of the commands "AT" or "A/". Older versions
  required just the "A". --> Automatic bitrate recognition

Connections
-----------

- Semi-permanent connections (leased-lines) can now be operated with channel
  bundling.
