psII300.bin and psII300.frame.bin are the PortServerII's version of the
OS which have support for Radius authentication.  The file, psII300.frame.bin
contains support for FrameRelay.  If you are going to use this file, be
certain to read the release notes, also in this directory, name 93000221C.ps
for hints and caveats.
